A short description comparing the more common 'Red Spine' edition with the 'Blue Spine' one:
Wikipedia wrote:It was released in two versions: the less expensive 'Red Spine' and the more expensive 'Blue Spine' (named for the color of their boxes). 'Red Spine' was designed to support Microsoft Windows applications by finding and using Windows already installed on the computer's hard drive. .. 'Blue Spine' included Windows support in its own installation, and so could support Windows applications without a Windows installation.
There's also a difference in boot logos between the two. Where as the 'Red Spine' had the more common 'wave' logo the 'Blue Spine' had a more professional logo:'Red Spine' to the left, 'Blue Spine' to the right
So it's the 'Blue Spine' edition we lack on BA, the 'Red Spine' already exist on the server.
